| How We Do It > BridgeWorksSM Action Plan BridgeWorksSM Action Plan To ensure that our BridgePointSM diagnostic work does not end up on a dusty shelf in the executive suite, Bridge Avenue Partners facilitates a structured action planning process, known as BridgeWorksSM. Our focus is on creating "best fit" solutions for your organization. Bridge Avenue Partners’ diagnostic approach assesses how closely key business elements are aligned and the impact of misalignments on business performance. The misalignments are translated into clear action plans around Executive Resources, Enterprise Performance, and Executive Development. If the results of BridgePointSM diagnostic indicate the need for an Executive Resource(s), we begin by summarizing Position Control data. This data provides insight on the functional, leadership and cultural requirements of the role. We then use that data to find the "best fit" match in our Affiliate network. Once the "best fit" executive is selected, we create plans for their orientation to the role and the formation of a Review Board to provide counsel and support to them. If the results of the BridgePointSM diagnostic indicate that your company is facing challenges around governance, we work with you to plan strategies for enhancing Board effectiveness. These options include, among others: re-shaping the role of the Board; restructuring Board committees; changing governance practices, such as those related to meetings of independent Directors; and working with the entire Board and individual Directors to improve relationships and enhance the degree of candor among Directors. If the results of the BridgePointSM diagnostic show problems with your culture, we work with you to identify the specific behaviors creating the gap between your current and required culture. We then work closely with your senior team to plan strategies for modifying the behaviors through evaluation and feedback, coaching, training and other methods. Finally, if the results of the BridgePointSM diagnostic show gaps in Director or senior executive capabilities, we work with you to understand the required competencies and help to further build them, through training and coaching.
