Managed the restructuring of the R&D division of a large international food products company. The engagement included: organization strategy development; organization redesign and consolidation from 5 locations to 3; redesign of all positions in the division, including identification of new competencies; evaluation of the current competencies of the employees against the newly defined requirements; and the creation and facilitation of the process model for determining the placement of personnel in the new organization. Also, conducted an impact analysis and implemented a leadership development and coaching process. The result was significantly improved efficiency in the R&D division and strong leadership of the change effort by the management team.
