Worked closely with the General Manager of a large HR consulting company to identify strategic hiring needs. Using the ResumePlusSM approach, conducted behavioral interviews with executive-level personnel from the client's top competitors, resulting in the placement of several strategic hires within a 30 day period. Results included the clients hiring of a top-quality executive who is an excellent fit for the role. Results also included the client having to spend less time on the hiring process than normal, due to the rigor the ResumePlusSM process provided in screening candidates.
