There are three key aspects of our Executive Education process:
Customized Around Executive Needs At Bridge Avenue Partners our Executive Education services, like all of our work, is customized. Nothing we do is boilerplate. The result is that we are able to deliver programs that truly prepare your executive team to execute your company’s strategy in the context of your culture and organization. We start by understanding your executive performance requirements. You may have already defined these before contacting us and ask for assistance in training on a particular topic, such as Leading Transformational Change. Alternatively, we can work with you to build a competency model that reflects the knowledge, skills and behaviors your executives need to execute your strategy. Based on that competency model and an assessment of the executives' current skill levels, we identify the top priority leadership development needs for your executive team. Practical Based on a clear understanding of the competencies your executives need to develop, Bridge Avenue Partners builds innovative training programs. While the design varies from client to client our programs typically include lectures that are based, in part, on insights we have gained through our own executive experience. The design typically also includes a variety of interactive activities that give your executives the chance to practice new skills. We have experience using simulations, case studies, and a variety of other methods. Our education programs focus on the competencies your executives need, not vague generalities about the nature of leadership. Delivered By Experts In the design of the training and the amount of time we ask clients to spend attending it, we are mindful that we are dealing with an executive audience. We know from our own executive experience the many demands placed on your senior managers and the reality that on any given day, their personal education may be low on the list of priorities. As a result we seek to deliver maximum content and practice in minimal time. Further, because all of our resources have substantial professional experience, each executive training program is delivered by a facilitator who has ‘been there, done that.’ We do not insult your executives by asking them to learn from people who have never been in a comparable situation. |
