Executive Coaching is one of the fastest growing and perhaps least understood disciplines in professional services. Bridge Avenue Partners offers Executive Coaching programs that are built around the key competencies and attributes that your executives need. Our Coaching services are business-oriented and focus on helping executives to be more effective at delivering your strategy.

Our Coaching process has two primary aspects:

We analyze your organization’s leadership development needs through interviews and assessments. Our focus is on ensuring that each member of your senior team has the leadership capabilities and style needed to get results in your organization.

The data we collect provides insight on how coaching can most benefit the members of your senior team. The data also enables us to derive a profile of the ideal coach. Once we match a coach to your needs, they immediately work to develop a relationship with your executives built on trust. The coach will assist your executives in building an action plan that "bridges the skill gap" and fully prepares them to excel in their current (and future) leadership roles.

Practical

While our coaches can be "sounding boards," our primary commitment is to proactively help your senior leaders develop the specific knowledge, skills and behaviors they need to maximize their performance. This enhances the value they bring to the organization, while helping them progress in their own careers.
