Dr. Wolford has served as an international senior executive at three highly regarded consulting firms (Accenture, the Hay Group, and Watson Wyatt) and two Fortune 50 companies (Marathon Oil and Citigroup). He has led and managed assignments throughout the United States and in 22 foreign countries. His client roster includes a number of Fortune 100 companies in addition to several smaller firms. He has extensive experience in financial services, energy, food services, retailing, medical services, insurance, products, telecommunications, government agencies, healthcare and facilities. His areas of expertise include business transformation, organization design and development, human capital and executive leadership development. He has spoken at conferences around the world. He has published articles on organization design and organization change. Dr. Wolford has served on a number of boards. In addition, he has been lead faculty for worldwide education programs in executive leadership, performance assessment and business transformation. Dr. Wolford has a Ph.D. from Bowling Green University with an emphasis in organizational development and administration. He has a B.S. Degree in Developmental Sciences from the Ohio State University.
