Mr. Greene is an experienced consulting executive who held various leadership roles while he was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Greene was Americas Managing Partner of Deloitte Consultings People practice and a member of the firms Americas Management Committee. He was also on the U.S. Compensation Committee. Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Greene spent eight years with Accenture.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Greene has directed a wide range of projects including ones involving business transformation, culture alignment, corporate governance, performance management and large-scale technology implementation. Mr. Greene has worked extensively with Fortune 50 companies. Most of his work has been in the financial services and communications industries. In addition he has led projects for clients in manufacturing, federal government, and health care.
Mr. Greene has been an active thought leader in the fields of leadership, governance and culture. He served as a Research Fellow at Accentures Institute for Strategic Change where he analyzed issues related to corporate governance and executive leadership. More recently he led a study on Culture in the Insurance Industry, which profiled the cultures of 15 large insurers and identified those aspects of culture that differentiated the highest and lowest performing companies.
Mr. Greene has an MBA with a concentration in Organization Development from the George Washington University. He also received a BA in History (with Honors) from GW.
