| Who > Management Team > Edith M. Onderick-Harvey Edith M. Onderick-Harvey Ms. Onderick-Harvey is an experienced executive consultant and a successful business owner. She has led and managed assignments throughout the United States and internationally. Her clients have included Fortune 100 companies and a number of smaller firms. Over the course of her career she has worked with Accenture and was Principal of her own firm, Change Dynamics Consulting. In addition she has had internal leadership roles with BankBoston (now Fleet) and Fidelity Investments. Ms. Onderick-Harvey has directed a wide range of projects including ones focused on business transformation, strategic alignment, leadership development and talent management, performance management, and organization development. She regularly works with senior leadership teams to address issues related to alignment of strategy, leadership and the management of future leadership talent. She has extensive experience in the biotechnology, financial services, hospitality, consumer products, specialty chemicals and records management industries. Ms. Onderick-Harvey has published articles on effectively communicating change. She has done research on how highly successful firms manage leadership talent. Ms. Onderick-Harvey has an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Purdue University. She also received a B.A. in Communication from DePauw University. Back to Management Team |
