Ms. Stutz has nearly twenty years of diverse experience in consulting and management. Her experience spans from closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, including domestic and international assignments. In addition to her work as an independent consultant, Ms. Stutz previously served as a Senior Manager in Accenture's Organization and Change Strategy practice, and as a Process Engineer and Quality Engineer at Compaq. She has experience in the consumer electronics, financial services, manufacturing, retailing, agriculture and real estate management and finance industries. Her expertise includes diagnosing key business issues, designing and implementing strategic process and organization change, succession planning and development, and executive assessment and coaching. She is co-author of Family Business as Paradox (Palgrave Macmillan, 2010), and has assisted family-owned enterprises in establishing governance and management strategies to provide continuity across multiple generations. Ms. Stutz holds a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with concentrations in strategy, finance and marketing, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University.
